Dream Believe Achieve LLC was built on a mother's love for her daughter.

My daughter, Damia Hood, was a young girl with a heart for helping others in every way imaginable. She dreamed of building confidence in people, encouraging strong minds, promoting emotional intelligence, inspiring self-belief, and making sure everyone felt seen, valued, and supported. She was a light to everyone she met and an inspiration to all whose lives she touched.

Unfortunately, my daughter life was taking early at the eleven due to Asthma before she could fully fulfill her dreams. So today, I am honored to continue the dream that she carried so passionately.

My name is Donesha P, and I am the founder of Dream Believe Achieve LLC. Since 2017, I have dedicated my life to working with youth and young adults. Throughout my journey, I have used my daughter’s spirit, compassion, and vision as my inspiration to help others dream boldly, believe in themselves, and achieve anything they set their minds to.

At Dream Believe Achieve LLC, we believe that every individual has the potential to achieve greatness. Our educational resources, community connections and personalized guidance are designed to empower youth and young adults to overcome challenges, discover their strengths, and pursue their goals with confidence.
